About the Role

Established upmarket restaurant / bar in Umhlanga is currently seeking a senior Head Chef to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in both chef and kitchen management roles, with a strong background in a la carte restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate busy kitchen operations
Monitor stock levels and report variances to the executive chef
