Job Summary
Our client, a leading Civil Engineering firm in Gauteng, is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of projects and contribute to the success of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various surveying instruments and equipment
- Calculate precise measurements and determine property boundaries
- Create maps, charts, and reports of survey results for clients
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on projects
- Supervise and train surveying staff, as required
- Ensure compliance with surveying regulations and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor`s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field
- Extensive experience in land surveying, preferably in the Gauteng region
- Proficiency in using surveying instruments and software
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver`s license
