Hospitality and Outdoor – New Vacancy- Assistant Lodge Manager Exclusive 5* Safari Lodge – Waterberg, Limpopo An ultra-Lux Safari Lodge offering bespoke 5* personalized service in an exclusive setting is looking for an Assistant Lodge Manager to provide excellent support to the lodge manager, assuring every guests’ stay is unique and fully catered for Requirements · Recognised hospitality related Degree or equivalent (Essential) · At least 5 years’ experience in a managerial role in a 5-star lodge operation in a Big 5 area · Excellent understanding of all functions within a lodge operation · Hands on in all departments- Oversee and stand in wherever needed, help with all management duties, ie staff, HR, Stock control, Housekeeping and F&B · Excellent Customer Relations- 5* Guest service attitude · Very adaptable and hands on · Computer Literate (MS Office suite and reservations/ POS programs) · Well spoken, takes initiative and leads by example for the team · Detail-oriented, organised and responsible · Proven record of managing staff effectively and empathetically · Professional and well groomed · Driver’s license essential- will be doing town runs so this is non-negotiable Package on offer · R20 000 nett D.O.E · Accommodation (no dependents/pets) · Other Company Benefits Starting Date: Asap
