Job Title Lodge Manager Establishment Type Safari Lodge Location Limpopo Province, South Africa Salary Package R15,000 – R18,000 per month (DOE) Live-in position, plus benefits Role Overview A safari lodge in Limpopo is seeking an experienced and hands-on Lodge Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the property. This role is suited to a well-rounded hospitality professional with strong operational, administrative, and people management skills, and a genuine passion for guest experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for operations, guest satisfaction, staff performance, administration, and basic financial controls. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily lodge operations including housekeeping, maintenance, and stock control Ensure high standards of guest service and handle guest feedback professionally Supervise, train, and evaluate staff performance Manage administrative duties and maintain accurate records Perform basic accounting and financial administration tasks Ensure operational systems and procedures are followed and remain effective Support smooth coordination between departments Minimum Requirements (Essential) Proven experience in lodge or hospitality management Strong administrative and organisational skills Confident leadership ability with good communication skills High attention to detail and strong guest service focus Ability to work independently and take ownership of lodge operations Advantageous Experience in remote or bush lodge environments Basic financial and reporting experience Multi-skilled operational background TO APPLY Apply with your current CV (including a recent head & shoulders photograph) , along with your reference contacts , ASAP.
