Job Summary
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Avionics, or a related field. AME qualification is advantageous
- Proven experience as an Electrical Technician or Instructor, preferably within the aviation industry or a similar field.
- 5 – 10 years’ experience
- Experience in ERP systems and logistics software
- Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, CAA part 145)
- Expertise in aircraft electrical and avionics systems, components, and maintenance practices.
- Strong instructional and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
- Experience in developing curriculum and training materials is preferred.
- Proficiency in assessment and evaluation techniques to gauge trainee learning outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching and mentorship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of UAV Systems, components and logistics challenges specific to the industry.
- Strong aviation background
