About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Brand & Activations Events Specialist to join our team at Communicate Finance. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for managing and growing our influencer and affiliate programs, developing and executing brand activations, and staying ahead of the curve on beauty, wellness, and cultural trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, grow, and optimize existing influencer and affiliate programs, identifying new partners who authentically align with the brand
- Develop, lead, and execute a full calendar of brand activations, from pop-ups and launch events to wellness workshops and community gatherings
- Oversee all aspects of event production, including creative concepting, vendor management, budgeting, on-site logistics, and post-event analysis
- Create moments that deepen our connection with existing customers and attract new audiences through memorable, share-worthy experiences
- Measure and report on the ROI of events and partnerships, using data to inform future strategies and optimize for success
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in experiential marketing, brand events, or influencer relations, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle space
- A creative storyteller with a proven track record of developing and executing successful events from concept to completion
- Direct experience managing influencer and/or affiliate programs and being well-connected within the creator community
- A proactive, hands-on problem-solver with exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
