We’re looking for a Business Process Analyst who enjoys fixing how finance really works behind the scenes. This role sits at the heart of a fast-moving marketplace, where data, systems, and people collide. Your job is to bring clarity, structure, and smarter ways of working.

What you’ll do

• Analyse and redesign financial processes across a complex marketplace
• Spot inefficiencies, reduce manual work, and improve accuracy
• Build dashboards, KPIs, and reports that actually tell a story
• Strengthen financial controls, risk management, and compliance
• Work closely with Finance, Tech, Product, and Operations to drive change

What you bring

• A Commerce, Finance, or Accounting degree
• 3–5 years’ experience in business analysis, finance, or process improvement
• Strong process mapping and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel and exposure to ERPs and reporting tools
• Marketplace, e-commerce, or digital platform experience is a bonus
