About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Call Centre Administrator to join our team in Langebaan, Western Cape. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also managing our CRM systems and delivering administrative support to our UK team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle calls and customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Manage and update CRM systems accurately.
  • Provide administrative support to the UK operations team.
