REQUIREMENTS:
 

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) or equivalent tertiary qualification, along with Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in financial planning, or alternatively, a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly with advanced knowledge of Excel
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining excellent attention to detail
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication, with strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively as a proactive team player focused on continuous improvement

 
DUTIES:
 

• Collaborate with the Wealth Manager to create and implement personalized financial plans for clients.
• Manage local and offshore investments to meet client objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, service providers, and professional teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements regarding financial advice documentation.
• Stay up to date with the latest financial products and investment strategies.
• Utilize and manage the company’s custom Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Provide high-quality service in a dynamic, team-oriented work environment.

 
WORKING HOURS:

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
