Job Specification Reporting to the Fuel Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the receipt/issuing and dispatching of merchandise, materials, supplies and products. Verifies items against orders/invoices and inspects condition and records items according to established procedures. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 2 years related experience Computer literate with good people skills and who can work independently Key performance indicators include: Fuel stock receipts capturing Handling of orders and invoices for services and expenses Control over and handling of stock takes Handling inquiries Liaising with Customers Handling / checking of stock Office administration related to the aforementioned Ad hoc tasks as required from time to time Key leadership attributes The incumbent would need to have t he ability to progress and add continuous incremental value having impact!
