Job Summary
Minimum
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Social Sciences, Development Studies, Business Administration (or related) Degree
- At least 4 years of experience in corporate social responsibility roles
- Experience with community development projects
- Thorough understanding of corporate social responsibility principles and best practices
- Experience in developing and executing CSI strategies
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to identify community initiatives
Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the CSI strategy
- Provide feedback to stakeholders
- Manage the CSI budgets and resources
- Comply with legal requirements relating to the initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate outcomes of the program
