Requirements:

- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CISSP).
- Strong experience in managing business-related security functions such as access management, data protection, and third-party security.
- Proven ability to lead a specialized cybersecurity team in a large environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on business-IT collaboration.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Business Information Security team, focusing on talent development and performance.
- Oversee access management, data security, third-party security, and security awareness training initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Security Operations Centre (SOC) on threat and vulnerability management.
- Work with key stakeholders to define and implement a threat-informed, risk-based cybersecurity strategy.
- Manage budgets, provide updates, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of cybersecurity policies and procedures.
