• Grade 12 (Finance/Accounting qualification advantageous)
• 5–8 years’ experience managing large debtor books
• Strong knowledge of debtors function & open item accounting
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• SYSPRO experience advantageous
• Excellent communication skills in English & Afrikaans
• Willingness to work overtime when required

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and reconcile allocated debtor accounts
• Allocate payments accurately per remittances
• Compile and maintain debtor statements, records and reports
• Monitor overdue accounts and escalate for collection
• Verify trade references for new applications
• Produce weekly age analysis reports
• Engage professionally with debtors and internal teams
