Job Summary
Duties &
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.
- Handle financial management, including budgeting, billing, and accounts receivable.
- Capturing of billing & patient information
- Allocation of payments using medical billing software
- Medical aid, patient follow-ups & managing medical aid queries.
- Performing general admin tasks eg filing, typing etc.
- Develop and implement practice policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance patient care delivery.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote team development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor`s degree or Diploma in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field would be an advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a medical practice management role.
- Strong understanding of medical billing, coding, and insurance processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
