Job Summary
Hire Resolve`s Client is seeking a skilled and motivated Endpoint Technician to join. As an Endpoint Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of endpoints such as desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Respond to IT support tickets and provide timely resolution
- Collaborate with team members to implement and support hardware and software upgrades
- Create and maintain documentation of IT systems and procedures
- Assist with asset management and inventory control
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Endpoint Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems
- Experience with device imaging and software deployment
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of networking and security principles
- Relevant certifications such as A+, Network+, or MCSA/MCSE are preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required, degree or diploma in IT or related field is a plus
