REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years` experience in a similar field, with knowledge/experience in Perspex, Wood, Vinyl, and Signage manufacturing
- Own transport
- Time management skills
- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
- Experience with MS Office
DUTIES:
- Plan and organize production schedules
- Assess project and resource requirements
- Estimate, negotiate, and agree on budgets and timescales with clients and managers
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
- Determine quality control standards
- Oversee production processes in a hands-on manner
- Re-negotiate timescales or schedules as necessary
- Select, order, and purchase materials
- Organize the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
- Liaise with buyers, marketing, and sales staff
- Supervise and manage the work of junior staff
- Organize relevant training sessions
HOURS: Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 17:00, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed
