• Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Environmental Science, Engineering, or similar) or industry experience in food/beverage or waste sectors.
• Background in business development, procurement, or sales.
• Knowledge of organic waste streams and collection practices.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter with solid organisational and time management abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
