Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative and contractual aspects for the organisation & financial institutions.
- Provide expert F&I services to customers, identifying their financial and insurance needs.
- Offer specialized finance and insurance products to achieve profitable sales.
- Ensure accurate finance and insurance application forms and transaction releases.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, insurance providers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor compliance with all F&I legislation and dealership policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of finance and insurance products and industry regulations.
- Oversee the completion of aftermarket invoicing and warranties.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 with RE5, NCA, and Class of Business qualifications.
- Financial degree or working towards one (preferred).
- Previous F&I experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and administrative skills.
- Knowledge of NCA, FAIS, and FIC legislation.
