Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Finance Executive to lead our financial operations in a fast-paced, diverse, and growing supply chain environment. This is a senior-level role where you’ll be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and reporting while providing strategic insights to senior management to help drive business success.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a Finance Executive or in a similar senior financial leadership role within the supply chain or logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent strategic thinking, with the ability to provide financial insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
- In-depth understanding of supply chain operations and financial management in a diverse environment.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proven track record of managing complex financial tasks, budgets, and forecasts.
Key
Responsibilities:
- BCom and SAICA/SAIPA articles – required
- Lead the financial strategy and oversee all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the company.
- Provide strategic recommendations and financial insights to senior leadership to support business growth and profitability.
- Ensure efficient financial management of the company’s diverse operations, identifying areas for cost savings and process improvements.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with other departments to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Prepare and present high-level financial reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure adherence to financial controls and policies.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
