PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Purpose:
Our client is looking for experienced Grinders capable of operating precision grinding equipment for high-quality metal components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate grinding equipment to achieve required precision finishes
• Set up grinding machines, including wheel selection and balancing
• Inspect finished components using measuring instruments
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Ensure consistent quality throughout production

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years’ experience operating surface and/or cylindrical grinding machines
• Strong knowledge of precision tolerances
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Experience in metal finishing and measurement tools
• Ability to work shift patterns
• Must reside in or near Cape Town

A skills assessment/test will be conducted during the first recruitment stage.
