About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Durbanville, Western Cape. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects and programs related to employee development and well-being
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Lead meetings and collaborate with senior management to drive business objectives
Requirements
- 10 years of proven experience in HR management
- Fluency in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written)
- Strong organisational, administrative, and management skills
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and diplomatic skills
Qualifications
Matric plus relevant diploma or degree in HR or related field
