• Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Perform inspections, audits, and tests to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions to resolve quality issues.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and design teams to develop and refine processes for continuous improvement.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and records.
• Support product development and engineering teams in defining quality requirements and standards.
• Train and mentor production teams on quality standards and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality engineering techniques.

Job

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2-3 years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Proficient in using quality tools and software (e.g., statistical analysis software, SPC, FMEA).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on continuous improvement
• Must have drivers license
