- Matric Certificate
- Tertiary Qualification in Labour Relations, Human Resources or People Management would be advantageous
Experience:
- 1-2 years’ recruitment experience (beneficial)
- Strong administration experience
- Strong LinkedIn experience
- Social media experience i.e. Instagram, Twitter, Facebook
Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and recruiting candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews
- Support in writing job descriptions and job postings
- Participate in career fairs and recruitment events
