Job Description
- Research and document connectivity options for client sites.
- Manage correspondence and progress tracking for new line sign-ups and rollouts.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Maintain accurate records and project documentation.
- Assist other departments with administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
- Highly organised, practical, and dependable.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Comfortable managing data, documents, and systems.
- Matric qualification is essential.
- Experience in an ISP or connectivity environment is an advantage.
- A passion for technology and the MSP/ISP industry.
