Overview: The position involves providing financial and operational support to ensure effective planning, control and reporting across the organisation. The successful candidate will assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Location: Bellville, Cape Town Qualifications: CIMA, BCompt, BCom Accounting, or similar degree (CA(SA) advantageous) SAIPA / SAICA registration (if applicable) Skills & Competencies: Strong business acumen and performance-driven mindset Expertise in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Advanced MS Office proficiency Problem-solving and analytical abilities Self-starter who thrives under pressure Experience: 12 years in finance or a service-related industry Experience with financial information systems and operational support tools Valid drivers license and own vehicle Proficiency in English (additional South African languages an advantage) Key Responsibilities: Support financial planning and budget management across departments Assist HODs with preparation, capturing and review of budgets Control and forecast income and expenditure Ensure compliance with financial SOPs
