About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign & Analytics Manager to join our team in Western Cape. As a key member of our marketing function, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, adoption, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage integrated campaign strategies aligned to business and product goals.
- Own end-to-end campaign execution across email, digital, content, events, paid media, and lifecycle programs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver high-quality campaigns on time.
- Track performance, analyse results, and continuously optimise campaigns for impact and efficiency.
- Build dashboards and reports, turning insights into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4 years experience in campaign, growth, or lifecycle marketing.
- Proven success delivering measurable, multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in reporting and optimisation.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
