About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Mid Brand Manager to join our team at Communicate Finance in Cape Town, Western Cape. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital experience, developing and executing SEO strategies, leading social engagement, collaborating with global teams, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics to refine our approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize our website alongside our agency, ensuring it delivers an exceptional user journey
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to boost organic visibility and traffic
- Create and manage innovative social campaigns that build our community and align with our brand voice across global markets
- Partner with international teams to localize strategies and maintain a cohesive brand presence
- Brief and collaborate with creatives to develop engaging content for all digital channels
- Track performance metrics, derive insights, and continuously refine our digital approach for maximum impact
Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor degree
- 4-6 years of comprehensive digital marketing experience; background in premium consumer goods/skincare is highly valued
- Hands-on skills in website management, SEO, and social media strategy
- Expertise in using analytics and reporting tools
- Outstanding project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- A keen design sensibility and understanding of the digital customer experience
- Familiarity with AI in marketing is a welcome advantage
