Job Summary
4 x Vacancies in Kuils River, W Cape: Mobile Debt Collections/ ANPR Agent. Bluestone Debt Collections is a specialist debt collection agency with HO in Heidelberg, Gauteng. Our services include home loans, loans and vehicle finance collections. We have a team of mobile agents who interact with individuals regarding tracing, debt collections and surrendering of assets. Income is generated commission based.These opportunities are full-time, on-site, roles for 4 Mobile Debt Collectors at Bluestone Debt Collections office in Kuils River. The role involves debtor tracing, execution through inbound/outbound call centre and risk assessment officers doing visitations in the role at debtors` home and work addresses. ANPR function will be part of the role. Automatic Number Plate Recognition will be used to locate vehicles. Full training is provided. You must be driven and be willing to work varied hours to hit targets.Qualifications: Grade 12 with a valid driver`s license and a clean credit record Debt. Must have Collection skills/ experience, Strong Communication skills, Computer Literacy and Finance knowledge, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Experience in debt collection or related field is a MUST, Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial.
