Western Cape: Operations Manager (Construction) posted by Communicate Finance

• Oversee multiple construction projects and site teams
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
• Manage operational resources, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and quality standards
• Report on operational performance and identify areas for improvement

Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years’ experience in the construction industry, with at least 3 years in an operations or senior management role
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of construction contracts and project delivery

Qualification:

• Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
