Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Engage with our existing customer database to boost sales and identify new business opportunities
- Leverage cold calling, social media, and traditional sales methods to generate leads
- Proactively research and innovate new ways to connect with potential clients via online platforms
- Achieve performance targets and work toward sales KPIs
- Provide weekly reports on lead generation and pipeline development using MS Excel
- Utilize SAP and CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and activities
Requirements:
- 3-5 years outbound sales experience, with a strong record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Comfortable with cold calling and prospect outreach
- BCom / Marketing or Sales Diploma (advantageous)
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (intermediate to advanced skills required)
- Familiar with SAP and CRM platforms (advantageous)
- Experience with MS Teams for remote meetings and training
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s license required
- Industry experience in food safety / hygiene is a bonus
