Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with retail and digital payment networks to increase transaction volumes.
- Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with payment networks. Support the onboarding of new payment networks, working closely with Operations, Finance, and IT.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of new and existing solutions in partnership with payment networks.
- Analyse transaction data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Resolve queries and technical requirements, ensuring smooth operations.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to refine business strategies.
- Represent company at industry events, expos, and conferences to strengthen partnerships.
- Work with the marketing team to enhance visibility and engagement with payment networks.
Minimum
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification;
- 5-8 years’ experience in customer service, sales, technical solutions, or marketing within the payments industry;
- Experience in business development and scaling initiatives;
- Strong understanding of the digital environment and product development lifecycle;
- Proficiency in MS Office and data analytics tools;
- Driver’s license, and the ability to travel;
- Fluent in English and a good understanding of Afrikaans
