Job Summary
Requirements:
- Grade 12/Matric qualification (preferred)
- Culinary qualification or relevant kitchen experience (advantageous)
- Previous experience in a similar role in a professional kitchen
- Strong knife skills and ability to prep ingredients efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Ability to follow recipes and kitchen procedures accurately
- Good time management and ability to work under pressure
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
