Minimum Requirements: 5 years experience in the FMCG / Food manufacturing industry. Experience in a dairy manufacturing environment is beneficial! Familiar with quality systems, ISO standards, and preventative maintenance. HACCP, GMP, health & safety, and food safety systems knowledge. Matric Diploma/Degree in Engineering / Production management or a similar Mechanical qualification.
