Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management administration, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role requires managing financial transactions, handling tenant and supplier queries, and ensuring compliance with property regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with portfolio queries
  • Levy queries-quarterly arrear reports
  • Stilus claims quarterly submissions
  • Upload EFT’s & requisitions on WCU, merge & send to EL for payment
  • Payment tick sheet updating
  • Manage supplier queries with reception on any difficult queries
  • Audit pack as per meeting schedule
  • CSOS/Submissions & returns & new rule submissions
  • CSOS/Dispute registration submission
  • CSOS/Submission & returns
  • Insurance-renewal send to management committee
  • Running meetings
  • Taking minutes
  • Audit pack compliance & send to auditor
  • Levy increase letters, mail to inform all departments
  • Petty Cash
  • Drafting letters
  • Debt collection (soft collections) and account queries

Requirements:

  • Experience within the Property Management Industry
  • 3-5 Years experience in similar role
  • Good administration skills
  • Accounts experience
  • Honest, reliable & punctual
  • Live in the surrounding area
