About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Agent to join our team in Mossel Bay, Western Cape. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and contributing to the achievement of our business targets. Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively handle all aspects of customers’ check-out and check-in rental transactions in accordance with company quality control procedures.
  • Make, amend, cancel, and monitor reservations as required.
  • Provide excellent customer service, effectively assisting with customer queries.
  • Perform various admin and general office duties, including capturing fuel, VRVs, non-revs, following up on overdue rentals, scanning, partial billing, fleet movement control, claims reports, rental deposits, handing in and recording of all customers’ lost property recoveries from vehicles.
  • Responsible for the security and quality control of vehicles and other company property.
  • Identify and report expired licenses, service due vehicles, and any other issues not conforming to our quality standards.
  • Adhere to good housekeeping and general cleanliness standards for branch environment.

Requirements

  • 2 years of front office/customer service experience
  • NQF level 4 (Matric or equivalent)
  • Code 8 drivers license with at least 2 years driving experience
  • Computer literate

Qualifications

  • Completed Matric (if not already mentioned as NQF level 4)
