Key

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of RF engineers, overseeing their work in the design, development, testing, and deployment of RF systems and solutions.
• Provide strategic direction and technical expertise in the design and optimization of RF systems, including antennas, RF circuits, and wireless communication systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (software, hardware, and systems engineering) to ensure seamless integration of RF components into larger systems.
• Ensure that all RF designs meet performance requirements, regulatory standards, and customer specifications.
• Oversee RF testing and analysis, providing guidance on troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Develop and implement best practices for RF system design, testing, and production.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of RF-related projects.
• Stay current on emerging RF technologies and industry trends, integrating new innovations into the team’s work.
• Interface with customers, stakeholders, and senior management, presenting technical information and project updates.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance team performance and product quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field.
• experience in RF engineering
• Strong background in RF design, testing, and optimization (including RF components, antennas, filters, etc.).
• Experience with RF simulation tools (e.g., CST, HFSS, ADS) and test equipment (e.g., network analyzers, spectrum analyzers).
• In-depth knowledge of wireless communication standards (e.g., 4G, 5G, Wi-Fi, satellite systems).
• Proven ability to manage complex RF engineering projects from concept to delivery.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring engineers and driving team performance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address challenging RF design and integration issues.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in S-band and X-band
