• Meet with prospective clients (virtually via Zoom/Teams or in person at our offices).
• Follow an established onboarding process to bring on new clients.
• Advise existing and prospective clients on their investment portfolios.
• Advise clients on offshore investing.
• Assist clients with tax planning, estate planning and wills.
• Prepare and conduct investment reviews for clients.
• Continuously learn about markets, tax regulations and different investment vehicles.
• Handle client queries.
• Keep records of new and existing clients.
• Monitor FICA compliance.

Key Competencies:

• Minimum 3 years working experience as a financial planner.
• Relevant degree in Finance (Bcom/BusSci/Hons preferable)
• Must have passed the RE5 regulatory exam.
• Applicants with the Certified Financial Planner CFP® qualification (or studying towards the qualification) will be preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Have the ability to manage time effectively.
• Have an aptitude for continued learning.
