About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Marketing Head to join our team at iStaff (Pty) Ltd in Cape Town, Western Cape. With over 8-10 years of experience in leading sales and marketing teams, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, managing local and export market growth, and ensuring consistent engagement with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive brand awareness through integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, trade shows, etc.)
- Oversee content creation, product packaging, and marketing materials in alignment with customer and brand requirements
- Collaborate with R&D and Production on new product launches and value-added initiatives
- Manage and lead the Sales Team to meet or exceed sales targets across product categories and channels
- Maintain key account relationships and lead negotiations with major buyers, distributors, and partners
- Oversee pricing strategies, sales forecasting, and customer agreements
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales and marketing team to achieve departmental and individual objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management or related field (essential)
- Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in a Sales/Marketing leadership role, preferably in FMCG or agriculture/food production
- Proven success in managing teams and driving local and export market growth
- Experience working with retailers, distributors, and trade partners in South Africa and abroad
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management or related field (essential)
