Sales Development Representative

Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Client Outreach:
- Proactively generate leads through cold calling and outreach efforts targeting US-based customers.
- Set up meetings with potential clients to drive sales opportunities.
- Sales Strategy and Coordination:
- Assist in developing pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Coordinate sales initiatives with marketing campaigns to optimize lead conversion.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
- Monitor progress toward achieving and exceeding daily sales targets.
- Sales Presentations:
- Deliver persuasive and engaging sales presentations to prospective clients to showcase products or services.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with Account Executives and the VP of Revenue to align on strategies and gain guidance.
- Contribute to the collaborative team culture by sharing insights and supporting peers.
Additional Information
- The role involves working US hours (16:00 to 01:00).
- Incentives include night allowances, monthly performance rewards, and the opportunity for permanent placement based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has prior experience with cold calling, particularly targeting US or UK markets.
- Is fluent in English and proficient in CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Exhibits confidence, high energy, and a self-driven attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Must have a matric certificate and reliable transport.
- Has a Matric Certificate.
