Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements across multiple entities
- Drive compliance with IFRS and internal reporting standards
- Manage intercompany eliminations and group-level adjustments
- Collaborate with subsidiaries to ensure accurate, timely submissions
- Support audit processes and handle group-level audit queries
- Prepare financial packs for board and executive-level reporting
- Assist with automation and improvements in consolidation processes
Requirements:
- Qualified CA(SA)
- 4 years’ post-article experience in group finance or financial reporting
- Strong technical IFRS 10 knowledge and consolidations experience
- High attention to detail, strong analytical ability, and deadline-driven mindset
- Comfortable working across multiple business units and engaging senior stakeholders
Preferred Industry Experience:
- Financial Services, Banking, or Insurance
- Big 4 audit background with exposure to consolidated audits is advantageous
- Experience in multi-entity or multinational group structures
