Senior Financial Controller (JB5765) Remote (South Africa) Hours: CST (16:0001:00 SA) R800 000 XXX-XXXX TCTC Type: Permanent (Employer of Record) A U.S.-based company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Controller to lead its full finance function. This role manages accounting, reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and internal controls while ensuring strict compliance with U.S. GAAP and U.S. regulatory standards. Daily collaboration with a U.S. finance team is required. Minimum Requirements: Bachelors in Accounting/Finance; CA(SA)/CIMA/CPA advantageous 58 years finance experience, incl. 2 years in a Controller/lead role Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge; IFRS exposure Experience in financial services advantageous Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-border environment Key Responsibilities: Oversee AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger Produce GAAP-compliant financial statements Manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow Maintain internal controls Coordinate audits and tax matters Ensure compliance with U.S. reporting requirements Provide financial analysis and insights Improve financial systems and processes For full JD & to apply online [Click here to apply]
