Skills & Requirements
Minimum 7+ years in software engineering—bonus respect if you’ve navigated the thrilling world of financial services or fintech.
Solid knowledge of distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and cloud environments (AWS = home turf).
Strong understanding of secure coding, AML/KYC compliance, and automation—you know how to build things that stay both safe and sane.
Comfortable working with low-code tools (Mendix, OutSystems).
 
Bonus Points
