Think of this as the ultimate boss level in IT support and infrastructure management. You’ll be the go-to expert for everything from network optimisation to application troubleshooting, ensuring uptime that rivals the best cloud providers. Your playground? Oracle POS (Cloud), Microsoft 365, and a robust on-premises datacentre. Your mission? Keep the tech gears turning while driving transformation projects that shape the future of retail tech.
 
What you’ll do:
Own network infrastructure across stores, head office, and datacentres
Administer Windows Servers, AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies like a pro
Deliver second- and third-level support for complex escalations
Manage Oracle POS (Cloud), Microsoft 365, and ERP systems
Execute cloud migrations, POS rollouts, and infrastructure upgrades
Champion IT security—patching, audits, MFA enforcement, and vulnerability remediation
Collaborate with vendors and manage IT assets like a strategist

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5+ years in IT infrastructure or systems support
Networking wizardry (LAN/WAN, firewalls, Wi-Fi)
Hands-on with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and cloud apps
POS experience (Oracle POS preferred)
Project delivery and migration expertise
Certifications like CCNA, Microsoft, ITIL? Big plus!

Qualification:
Relevant IT certifications and a proven track record in infrastructure and application support.
