As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations and functions of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient management. You will lead a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operations and functions of the Gauteng branch
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of employees
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and objectives
- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and candidates
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the car rental industry
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Strong business acumen and financial understanding
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
