Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and executing private equity investments.
- Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and modelling.
- Present investment opportunities and defend theses to the Investment Committee.
- Monitor portfolio performance, identify growth areas, and provide strategic guidance.
- Support investment decisions through market, competitor, and industry analysis.
- Mentor junior team members as the team grows.
- Build relationships with important parties—bankers, attorneys, and investors.
