Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Assist investment team source, assess & carry out private equity investments
- Perform thorough financial analysis, encompassing due diligence, appraisal & financial modelling.
- Present deal opportunities & defend investment theses in investment reports to the Investment Committee.
- Track and evaluate portfolio companies` performance, pinpointing areas for development & offering strategic direction.
- Help guide investment decisions, study market trends, competitors & industry trends.
- As the team expands, assist & mentor junior members in their professional growth.
- Establish & preserve connections with important parties, such as bankers, attorneys, investors & other private equity specialists.
