In this role, you will be responsible for managing the tendering process for major construction projects while also providing comprehensive administrative support. The successful candidate will have a strong background in tendering and bidding for construction projects, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing project requirements and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates
• Analyzing project scope, materials, and labor requirements to determine the most cost-effective approach
• Coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary information and resources for tender submission
• Developing detailed bid proposals that clearly outline project costs, timelines, and deliverables
• Presenting bids to prospective clients and responding to any questions or requests for additional information
• Collaborating with project management and construction teams to ensure a smooth transition from bid submission to project execution
• Managing the CEO`s calendar and scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Preparing and organizing documents, reports, and correspondence
• Handling incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries, and directing to the appropriate parties
• Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and office management

Requirements

• 3 5 years relevant experience with a diploma/degree in Civil Engineering works.
• Handling of full Tender process
• Programming (MS Projects)
• Tender Software (CCS etc.)
• Reporting
• Negotiating skills

• Proficient in cost estimating software and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of winning bids for large-scale construction projects
