Job Summary
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Advantageous: Certificate or Diploma in the related industry
- Ideally 2 years` experience in service industry
Responsibilities:
- Daily control and follow up on all routes services to ensure services stays up to date.
- Plan routines accordingly when faced with holidays, to ensure that all services stay up to date.
- Liaising with and supplying services to clients to keep them informed of scheduled visits.
- Updating routing of clients when changes are required.
- Supervise and assisting with loading and offloading of vehicles as well as checking paperwork, stock match, and signing off on checks done.
- Managing of fuel cards and petrol slips on weekly basis. All slips are to be accounted for.
- Managing of weekly vehicle checklists.
