Qualifications:

  • Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 -5 years of experience as a SharePoint Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Proven expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and data migration projects.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, and OneDrive integration.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator or similar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Migration:
    • Plan and execute the migration of data from unstructured data to SharePoint, ensuring data integrity and security.
    • Use migration tools and scripts to facilitate efficient data transfer.
    • Conduct pre-migration and post-migration assessments to identify and address issues.
  • User Support and Training:
    • Provide guidance to employees on data migration procedures and SharePoint usage.
    • Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation for end-users.
  • Collaboration and Reporting:
    • Collaborate with IT teams, department heads, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and address concerns.
    • Generate reports on migration progress and SharePoint utilization.
