Job Description
- 3–5 years’ experience in software development leadership or team lead role.
- Strong proficiency in C# (.NET 9), ASP.NET Core (MVC, Web API, Razor, Blazor), VB.NET (Windows Forms, WPF, console apps), Microsoft MAUI, and Entity Framework Core.
- Experience with PHP 7/8/8.1, Composer, and T-SQL (complex stored procedures).
- Proven software architecture and DevOps experience, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with CRM/CMS systems.
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills; hands-on, proactive, and innovative approach.
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to a skilled software development team, fostering collaboration, mentorship, and technical growth.
- Oversee the end-to-end development of business-critical applications, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
- Drive the full innovation lifecycle, from initial concept and design through to deployment and ongoing optimization.
- Define, implement, and maintain software architecture standards, ensuring alignment with best practices and business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, including CRM and CMS systems.
- Lead DevOps initiatives, including deployment pipelines, CI/CD processes, and cloud infrastructure management.
- Maintain active involvement in coding, reviewing, and troubleshooting across C# (.NET 9), ASP.NET Core (MVC, Web API, Razor, Blazor), VB.NET (Windows Forms, WPF, console apps), and Microsoft MAUI projects.
- Ensure effective use of Entity Framework Core for data access, including code-first modeling, migrations, and LINQ queries.
- Support PHP development (7/8/8.1) with Composer, and manage complex database operations using T-SQL stored procedures.
- Promote innovation and best practices within the team, identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and application performance.
- Monitor project progress, provide technical direction, and manage risks to ensure timely delivery of software solutions.
