Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Short-Term Insurance, covering both Personal and Commercial Lines. 
• FAIS Accreditation (RE 5) is essential- FAIS compliance while providing advice to clients.
• Matric qualification.
• Proficiency in both English and Afrikaans.

 
Beneficial requirements:

• Tourism Insurance experience is advantageous.
• Highly organised with a strong ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
• Possess a strong ability to work effectively within a team, displaying eagerness to learn and adapt quickly to evolving circumstances.

 
Duties and responsibilities:
This role offers a clear path for professional growth, with the expectation that the successful candidate will develop into a Non-Life/Short-Term Advisor within 12-18 months. This involves not only providing expert advice but also contributing significantly to new business development.

• Handle all client communications, emails, and calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Resolve queries efficiently by liaising with relevant departments and insurers.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to streamline workflows.
• Cultivate strong client relationships through diligent follow-up and valuable feedback.
